1. Enrollment and Registration

1.1. Registration Process:

• Customers must complete the registration process before attending any classes.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and up-to-date.

1.2. Age and Skill Levels:

• Classes are designed for specific age groups and skill levels. Customers are responsible for enrolling in the appropriate class.

2. Tuition and Payments

2.1. Tuition Fees:

• Tuition fees are due on a [weekly/monthly/yearly] basis and must be paid in advance.

2.2. Late Payments:

• A late fee of [$10] will be charged for payments received [7] days after the due date.

2.3. Refunds:

• Tuition fees are non-refundable unless the class is canceled by the studio.

• return policy does not apply to which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.

• All the class packages and discounted price items are non-returnable.

• Exchange of Merchants only when the merchandise is in saleable condition, that is it is unworn or unused with all original sealed packaging.

3. Attendance and Class Policies

3.1. Attendance:

• Regular attendance is crucial for progress. If a student is unable to attend a class, please cancel the class 24 hours in advance. Reservations cannot be canceled within 24 hours.

3.2. Makeup Classes:

• Makeup classes may be offered for missed classes under certain circumstances. Please inquire with the studio for more information.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1. Behavior:

• All students are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow students.

4.2. Attire:

• Appropriate dance attire and footwear must be worn during classes.

5. Studio Facilities

5.1. Safety:

• Customers are expected to follow all safety guidelines and rules while in the studio.

5.2. Lost or Stolen Items:

• The studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items on the premises.

6. Cancellations and Changes

6.1. Class Cancellations:

• The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to notify affected customers in advance. The notification will post via Instagram story/Wechat group(not Private chat). Please check these information before attending the class, We have no obligation to notify every student unless the student has booked on the website in advance.

7. Liability Waiver

7.1. Injury or Damages:

• Customers understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with dance activities and agree that the studio is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during classes or events.

8. Photography and Media Release

8.1. Consent:

• Customers grant permission for the studio to use photographs or videos taken during classes for promotional purposes.

9. Termination of Services

9.1. Termination:

• The studio reserves the right to terminate services for any customer who violates these terms and conditions or engages in disruptive behavior.

10. Contact Information

10.1. Communication: - Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information to receive important updates from the studio.

By enrolling in classes at [PDC DANCE], customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

No extension for any class package.

Each student is responsible for paying attention to the expiration date of his or her class package.

Class package can not be shared with other people, unless in a guardianship capacity.
